What data we use

An enquiry requires a phone number or email and a description, files or a link to materials. Your name or company name is optional. Additional project details are used only if you provide them. Required fields are marked. Please do not send passport details, medical information or other data that is not needed to discuss your project.

Why we process data

We use the data to review your enquiry, respond to you and discuss the services you requested. Submitting a form does not mean consenting to advertising mailings.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in Russia. Access is granted to staff who need it to handle enquiries. Data is not published on the website. Notifications and document links are sent to responsible staff in the corporate Bitrix24 chat; if the email channel is connected, copies may be sent to the company inbox. Attachments are kept in a private directory on a Russian server, and download links expire. Uploaded documents are not used to train AI models. Retention is determined by the purpose of the enquiry and legal requirements.

Consent and your rights

Before submitting an enquiry, you separately tick the consent box for data processing. You may contact the operator to request information about processing, correct your data or withdraw consent. Data is deleted once its purpose has been fulfilled, unless there is a legal basis for further retention.

Technical information

To operate and protect the website, the server may process technical request information. This version of the website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
